My Therapy Suite is an all-in-one practice management platform built specifically for UK therapists. It brings the full client journey into one place: a booking page and embeddable widget, intake and consent forms completed before the first session, automated reminders, recurring scheduling, clinical notes with customisable templates, voice-to-notes transcription, unlimited video calls, a secure client portal, and automated invoicing and payments. The important caveat for a US reader: My Therapy Suite is UK only. It is built around UK data hosting, GDPR, and BACP and UKCP requirements, priced in pounds, and does not offer US insurance billing or HIPAA compliance. It currently serves solo practitioners, with a group-practice version described as in development. For a UK therapist wanting a single tool from first enquiry to final invoice, it is a strong fit. For a US practice, it is not the right tool.
